Operation Just Cause
...for as long as it takes

What a Veterans Means to Me<Chris Rich

A veteran is someone that I can count on to be there when others aren't. They are there to protect you when you are vulnerable. They will fight for those that can't fight for their freedoms. What we take in this country take for granted many others can't. And there are still many Veterans that continue the fight, some of them fight for the Freedom of the POW/MIA's. Others fight for the Freedoms of Disabled Vet. Other Fight for the Freedom of the Homeless Vets. These Veterans are all Hero's and they continue to fight. I could go on for weeks with stories of what Veterans have personally done for me.

It was the Vet that made me feel Welcomed when I didn't think I fit in anywhere else.
It was the Vet that showed me courage when I thought that there was no hope left.
It was the Vet that gave me courage to look for the real answers about my Dad.
It was the Vet that got me through College when I thought of quitting.
It was the Vet that would give me the support just to go on.
It was the Vet that stood up for me when I was unable to.
It was the Vet that showed me people still DO CARE!!!
It was the Vet that picked me when I fell at The Wall.
It was the Vet that let me cry on their shoulders.
