The deadline for the CIA to answer on the case was today January 11, 1999. The attorney for the CIA has requested an extension until January 25th. The reason given is that they found additional documents. Don't get excited, the CIA has plenty of documents they are still withholding, these may only be enough to hope we will settle and go away.
I am in this case for all I have to give. Those that have backed this case to locate and release the documents do not have to be concerned that we will settle for less then all that can be released. What can't be released at this level we will appeal. This is a battle that will be won.
It is fought for the truth, and return of survivors the were left to the communists, military and civilian; even those that were broken. It is also being pursued on behalf of all those POWs; It is also being pursued on behalf of the 19 family members that could not do it alone.
