The organizers of the POW/MIA Internet Black Out Day understand that not
everyone concurs with the decision to "go black" for the entire 24-hour
period, so they have graciously decided to give you the option of "going
black" for either the 24 hour period or a 90 second black-out period.
We are joining this event in protest of our government's lack of action
respective to resolving the POW/MIA issue by making an honest, sincere
effort in accounting for all of those who are Prisoner of War or Missing In
Action. We hope that you will honor them by joining this event.
