A moment of silence on this New Years Day
to remember the ones so far
away.
Locked inside prison walls,
all for answering when duty calls.
They could have run to Canada or stayed in school
but unlike our Prez
they
did'nt break the rules.
I wonder how often he THANKS the men
who's place he could have so
easliy
been in.
Not very often it would seem cause
"Highest National Priority" isn't
what
he means.
And look who's following on his heels
Sen. McCain and all his secret
deals.
God help us all if he should win
for our POW's will be betrayed again.
But if we continue to push and shove
maybe we can unsweep whats under
the
rug
And break that weakest link in the chain
and end these years of torture
and
pain.
