Operation Just Cause... ...for as long as it takes
How about a nice "positive" campaign...asking people to mention WHERE to get a bracelet (list
several sources - Ted Sampley, Heart of Illinois on our page, Lima
POW/MIA etc) on their Adopt a POW sites to help keep the issue alive.
(Jesse Ventura wears one - every now and then JAG's Harm wears "his
fathers").
You can mention that bracelets are available on the web for
OUTRAGEOUS prices, but those in the issue know its about availability -
remembering, caring, committment -- NOT cost. They can help stop the
profiteers - and spread the word and revitalize the issue by sharing the
right sources. That may keep the bids down - if the availablility
becomes more widely known...
