to see what service members will receive in basic pay after
the 3.6 percent military pay raise takes effect Jan. 1,
1999. These rates are unofficial until President Clinton
signs an executive order.
The active duty pay table is the salary per month. Reserve
drill pay tables show pay for one drill and for four -- the
typical weekend drill.
The basic allowance for subsistence table rounds out the
package.
